I have been using the Prowave deep healing pad for over a year, using for lower back mostly and have found it definitely helps ease pain and increasing my mobility. Recently, I have been using for Achilles tendonitis...to early to tell but look forward to the same healing benefits I've experienced in the past. In addition, the Curayou team is very responsive and helpful when seeking advise on usage of the pad. All in all, a great experience.
