DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I ordered a bottle of hypnois as a xmas gift on 12/7 and as of 1/7/24 still did not receive it. The website says expect delivery in 8-15 days. Well, its been 30 days and no product. Tracking says it was with USPS 12/25...then tracking ends on 12/28- still in transit. Even if this product was shipped from overseas, once in US it would have been delivered in less than 7 days. THis company must be a SCAM. THere is no phone number for customer service to be found. I emailed their customer service looking for my package 2x, but did not receive an answer. I want my money back! Unfortunately, I found this review page too late...most of the reviews are for non-delivery. Reviews show people who ordered in Nov, still did not receive the cologne in JAN. tracking # AT191769221CN Order: #133180

I ordered my products on December 14th, 2023, my order number is #143039 and i even paid for the priority insured shipping for the $4.95. I received a message stating my order has been delivered and since then I have sent out 3 emails all of which never received a reply to, all I received was the email back to my yahoo saying the email is not a good email. I sent to the email on the website hello@cupidfragrances and support@cupids. Still to know avail. I am writing this review not to put you all down but to let you know that you all failed miserably in creating an entrusting environment where we as the consumer can feel safe knowing we can find a resolution to any situation. I truly hope this gets to the right person because i see this is a trend happening and it is not a good thing. Can I either get my money back or get finally receive my product.

I watched the ads and thought right! That's the reaction I'm going to get? WOW! IT WAS! I actually had to catch a women on the stairs, I would look back after passing a women and she was looking too! Deffenatly ordering again Unbelievable how this works

Order placed Decenber 27, 2023 for $101.85. Confirmation for Order #161478 received December 28, 2023. Since that time, your advertised 24/7 customer support claim has proven to be False/NOT TRUE/Deceptive/Fradulent Advertising. The advertised phone number is a Clearing House who knows nothing of Cupid. They sell NO PRODUCT. You have not responded to Four emails to your advertised Contact address. You publish rave reviews that can not be accurate. Survey results found not one real person actually receiving an order. Every participant declared same results with false phone number and unresponsive customer service. January 05, 2024 is date Credit Card charge is Disputed. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaint also submitted. Emails submitted, requested delivery of order. I suppose they also ended up in Trash/Junk/Spam. You have saturated e-commerce with many individual representatives, using your Generic Advertisement. Only thing left, is KARMA.

I love the way it smells. I haven’t been out there to see how the effect has on the opposite sex but I love the way it smells I will be purchasing more.

I ordered 3 bottles because there was a deal going on but I ordered them on November 26 and it is now January 4th and still have not received anything. I have tried to contact them 3 or 4 times but each time I attempted to reach out to see if there were any updates I never got any sort of response. I want a refund but I have zero faith that I will be getting that because they have just been ignoring every message sent to customer service. it seems like a scam for sure. I just tried sending another email and it now says the email was not found so they must have blocked my email. I’ll change this review if I actually get anywhere with this. I liked the product. It smells great, although a little 'perfumy' for me.. I did not notice a great effect on the ladies, but I am single and there is no way to really judge - they weren't coming on to me from all angles or anything.. but for some reason, it did make me happy to wear it. I only give four stars because how can we know if there are really pheromones in the product? I kind of doubt that there is any real substance to this claim - or to its true effect. so basically its a nice, perfumy type cologne. too much will make you smell like a french prostitute, imo.

Actually smells very good... First of all, the shipping timeframe wasn't the best... Ordered on December 3rd, received today on January 2nd, took over a month to arrive (to Canada) but let's guess it's because of the holidays season and shipping is messed up everywhere. On their website they say it takes anywhere from 8 to 15 business days but in my case it took 20. I first reached out to them because the status of the order didn't change for a long period, but they ended up responding (yesterday) to tell me information related to the shipping etc...Anyways, at least they replied. What I would like to mention also is that I thought at first that I got scammed, "Too good to be true" I said to myself, so let's say I'm very happy that I received the cologne after all. What's interesting then is the way the Cupids perfume is packaged, it arrived in an envelope and it was intact, (very happy because it was shipped through China post and then handled by Canada post and we all know they're the worst, but shipping was free, so fine !). The perfume bottle was itself put into a solid box which can be locked with magnets included in the both faces, so it can open and close in a very beautiful way and it feels premium. When it comes to the perfume, okay, I sprayed it and went to work. I didn't have a close interaction with anyone so nobody realized really, but I did. Actually, I love the scent, and I started to smell myself now and then, it's very attractive and I'm pretty sure if I use it for my next night out or on a date, it will get noticed and I will have interactions with others who will notice it and maybe even get some effects. The only thing I might say is that it doesn't last so long...Maybe just because I work in a well ventilated area, but the scent started to disappear after like 4 hours, but still, it's the first usage, so I will need time to learn how it works and how long it does really last. So, I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 for the fact it doesn't last so long (at least for now), and for the shipping speed. I wish they could offer a paid option that could be faster, like with FedEx, UPS or DHL. I would pay for it to get it in a week rather wait a month. Overall satisfied for the moment, especially when it ended up being a real thing and not a scam, as some reviews made me think in the beginning !
