This is the second and last review, I have never received the product. I've tried multiple times to contact Cupids via email no response... I've reported them to General Attorney for farther investigation into the company and also to my credit card company, which also are proceeding with an investigation. Whenever Cupids responds to Trustpilot reviews here are simply scams so they pretend to be real but they are not, so to anyone reading this don't be scammed into buying products as you well never receive any cologne products from this company website !

SCAM - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
Been waiting on my order for over a month. I sent multiple emails to cancel my order, and refund my money. They instead ignored my emails and sent me another one that I have to wait another 2 weeks for. This place is horrible. Customer service sucks. Do Not buy from this place.

Be careful some ads are scams
The cologne is questionable
I saw an ad for a cupid cologne, without investigating further, I ordered it because it said it was 80% off. I didn’t look very close at the bottle and really didn’t think it mattered, but after ordering, I noticed the two different types of lettering on the name Cupid. What looked to be authentic was the Cupid with the Bow n error D was different than what I ordered with the regular D on Cupid. When I received my order from what I thought was the authentic company, I received a bottle with Chinese writing, and was nothing like the cologne bottle that I was expecting other than it’s shape, the Cupid company needs to put a warning on the fake ads of Cupid. I wasted close to $50 as upset as I was. I looked around and ordered it again but I’m not sure it was Cupid hypnosis with the bow and arrow D in the name. Waiting to receive it. Hoping this time I get what I pay for.

I ordered and was charged for and paid for the product. I was told 8-12 days max on delivery. It has been over a month and this item has not been delivered. Tracking says the same thing every day for the last 2 weeks says at usps transit facility which is the update it gives.
