Scammers!
I placed an order for over 100 bucks. Never received the product. It's been 17 days to date. I believe this company scammed me for my money. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are the worst! I sent several emails about refunding my money and they won't answer. Never order from them!

Over 12 days and still no delivery
I'm disappointed that I haven't received anything since I ordered a bottle on the 7th of January. Today is the 19th of January and I'm starting to think this company is a scam. They are advertising every second on YouTube and I should have known. What's up with my order? Where is my order??????

Update
Update, received email from Cupid fragrance that they are putting this top priority, received tracking on its way, then delivered. No product received. Wrote Cupid again and received an apology and they are going to fix this but as of 1/19/24 no resolution.

Smells Great, Doesn't Last
It's true that it smells incredible! Love the scent! But, I am very disappointed because the smell fades completely within 30 minutes. If the company could work out that issue, it would be perfect.

Terrible
Terrible. My husband inadvertently ordered four and asked for it to be corrected and they refused. They offered a 20% refund and we never received it. Questions about order status are ignored. Edit - Cupid Fragrance responded below, I provided additional information and they still haven't responded.

I order this product on December 2nd…
I order this product on December 2nd and I have not received my package as of yet. Very disappointed. Tracking stopped on January 6. I will never purchase from them again.
