Scam scam scam
I ordered this on a Facebook advertisement and I have heard absolutely nothing. They are very quick to take your money and deduct it from your credit card and then there is no honest customer service attempts. The product has not been shipped, I have no tracking number, I have reached out to customer service and they just do not answer you. If you purchase this product you must be aware that you may not get a product or you may not get a product in a timely way and you most certainly will not get any communication from them. I have read some of the responses here by the company and they are just trying to be nice although they know they cannot keep up with customer demand and customer service. They should not be taking orders if they are not going to fill the orders and if they are not going to communicate honestly with the customers. I have tried to reach out to them via email and I will not do so again. What I will do is contact my credit card company and they will file fraud charges against this company. Make sure you spread the word and above all do not buy this product!
Now your response is for me to assist you with the order in other words you want me to do more work to look things up and explain things instead of having your own customer service people do what they are getting paid to do and answer emails. If your people do not fulfill each and every order then obviously people are going to get disappointed and angry. You need to fix the order and you need to find out what to order problem was. I am not going to do anything. I will contact my credit card company and that's it. Because I have verification that I have emailed you twice. Credit card company will get my money back.

Terrible customer service tried to modify order instead we give discount and that was last email got back in response to that and then tried to get order canceled before it being shipped which it hasn't yet. Terrible company all around. Never recommend it or it's product

Looking forward to the results
After writing many emails to the company to know were my order was the I paid for over a month ago. And an honest review. I am happy to say that the Cupid has finally answered my email and my order has been tracked down and is being processed. I suppose the are overwhelmed with orders or they suffered a computer glitch. The most important is that my order is being processed and will be sent out soon. And if the product does what it claims I foresee reordering and recommending the product to others.
