I’ve been subscribed to the avatar box from the beginning. I did a one year subscription. Won’t renew. First box was pretty amazing but they sent a snowglobe in winter. As far as I can tell most people didn’t actually get one that wasn’t broken. No common sense on that. Second box was lesser quality but still pretty good but this most recent box? All of it is garbage. The calendar is such cheap material that it won’t last very long. The light up standee? Cheap plastic. I mean the hat doesn’t even make sense. It should’ve been a headband but it regardless you can tell how cheap everything was made. I won’t be renewing after the one year is up. Very disappointing

I subbed to the Pusheen box quad-yearly. Four boxes a year it was supposed to be, seasonal that is. But I do sub per season, and I do it through Amazon. I had heard so many bad things about this company but I decided to try it anyway. The first Winter box came on time, and an item was broken. I wrote them an email through Amazon about it and they immediately sent me another one - which was broken lol. I still appreciate that they did that, regardless. So I bought another seasonal box. Well this one is late, and the tracking number through FedEx says they haven't even gotten the parcel yet. I'm going to give it until the end of the refund period, but the reason I order through Amazon is that the company forces a refund regardless of what's wrong if the package is late. I don't *need* to talk to CluterFlys customer service. I would suggest y'all do the same. Cover your butts. Make sure you can't get screwed over.

Bought one box it went pretty good but then 3 months later they auto subscribed me to another one even though i remember only clicking one. I decided to keep it because i didnt want to go through the hastle of returning it but Now its been 6 months since ive been charged and it hasn't even been shipped

i've has a number of boxes off these folks and considering it ships to the UK the box and it's contents are awesome

I have had the Supernatural quarterly subscription for years now, but like with others, my boxes were consistently delayed. Then when I was charged for a box I did not want, because of lack of funds, I contacted them the very next day after I was notified of the charge. They told me they couldn't cancel the order or refund my money, and that if I want my money back I would have to send the box back to them. The stupid box hasn't even been shipped out yet and they didn't say they would refund shipping. They are greedy, unscrupulous people that don't care about their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON COMPANY "POLICY".

I had a yearly subscription to the Culturefly Miraculous box. The first miraculous box was very impressive. There were many items that I enjoyed and would utilize. As the boxes went on, the quality when down and many items were not of use to me. I also bought the BOGO box. When I received it, everything in the box was damaged. I understand it was a free box but I got a broken cup, a stained shirt and many other awful items. I remember opening it up on Christmas morning and my family laughing at me telling me I got ripped off. I tried posting a negative review on their website but they pick and choose which reviews they want posted. They seem to value those who promote their company. Those people get the nice items.

I have previously gotten three boxes from them, and yeah the content was pretty neat but every single time it was delayed for one reason or another. I’d pay for another box before my first one even shipped. This experience however made me cancel my subscription. The box was very late, it was supposed to arrive in late October or early November if I remember correctly. Mid-December rolled around and it had finally shipped. Then it gets delivered to a different state. I try to contact them, it takes days for a reply and here I am, the start of 2022 and suddenly they have no access to my information and there’s no way to find out if I actually got my box or not. I have to fill out a form and submit it so they can decide if they want to send me another box and they won’t refund me either. I’m not wasting my time or money anymore, you shouldn’t either.

Boxes delayed, bad customer service. Was told they ran out of the BOGO box so I didnt get the free one. Other customers seem to have had the same problem as well. Customer service won’t even give a discount for the next box or give compensation. If your box contains a poster or something similar, it will be folded and damaged.
