Cultural IntrigueReviews of culturalintrigue.com

High quality - great service - wonderful to work with.

You are always SO FAST! So nice to count on, especially when helping customers with last minute events, thank you!

I really enjoy working with Cultural Intrigue. They are always courteous and helpful. I submitted a recent order online and after it was sent my client changed their mind. Unfortunately the request came the day after the order was submitted. I got on the phone with customer service and they were kind enough to go down to the warehouse, open the box that was ready to be shipped and switch out the items. Despite our little setback the order came in plenty of time for us to get ready for the event. The customer service agent even offered some helpful tips for assembling the poms which we already knew were a bit of a chore having used for another function in the past. But that piece of advice and the humor in which she delivered it made it one of those customer service experiences where you feel connected and you know you matter to them. Thank you!

Great prices and products.

Have been a customer for years and love your products and wonderful, efficient service. Never a problem. Thank you.

Thanks, CI. You guys did a great job on my order! Thanks for having great prices and selection.. and shipping fast!

beautiful goods, good prices, quick shipping, extremely fun offerings that intrigue the beautifying machinery in my mind.

Love, love, love your products but I have to schedule at least 45 minutes to an hour to create two separate orders for my two shops because your website is so slow. Everytime I add an item to my shopping cart, your site takes me to the shopping cart which is totally unnecessary and a huge waste of time. Updating quantities takes forever. It's just agonizing how incredibly slow your website is. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you though and I hope there is something you can do about it.
