Three items came broken. They didn't call to tell me that 1/2 of my items were not available shipping was over 1/2 the total cost of the order and they shipped in very heavy boxes that only served to bring the price up and didn't help protect the items. However, the glass hanging lanterns are nice and the votive holders that were not broken were nice.
