This is the first time that I've felt the need to write a complaint about your merchandise. I've always been very pleased in the past. These flowers were not as described, shown nor provided with instructions. ThIs was was a waste of money and unfortunately will go in the trash. Very disappointing. Mimib

The items I ordered looked fine on the website (obviously or I wouldn't have ordered them) but when I received them there were many flaws including one item that was chipped. When I called customer service to let them know the girl I talked to was not friendly and not helpful. I was refunded money for the one chipped item but was out of luck for the other 11 unless I wanted to send them back at my expense and then be out shipping both ways. I will not be ordering from you again.

I still haven't gotten my package and it's almost been a month!

I placed an order for a few paper flowers, very light in weight. The estimate for UPS shipping was almost $12.00. However, it was shipped USPS not UPS, in a paper envelope which cost $5.50 to ship. I was not refunded the shipping difference, and am very shocked and dismayed that this company would do that. Beware!
