It was a pleasure to speak to a person that really knows the products and is very helpful. She helped me find ladies hand fans that were on sale. I was very happy to get them on time and with the beautiful gauze holders.

This was the first time ordering from C I and what a wonderful experience it was. They called and followed up with me on my order. I have never had that, even called twice to make sure I wanted the few things that were BO. There were so many items to choose from, I wanted to order them all. When the shipment came in the ornaments were beautiful. I didn't know what to expect but I am really happy with their quality. I will be ordering in the future with C I.

Three items came broken. They didn't call to tell me that 1/2 of my items were not available shipping was over 1/2 the total cost of the order and they shipped in very heavy boxes that only served to bring the price up and didn't help protect the items. However, the glass hanging lanterns are nice and the votive holders that were not broken were nice.

I am very impressed on the products that Cultural Intrigue has to offer. The pricing is fantastic, the shipping is quick and the packaging is handled with care. I like the fact that Cultural Intrigue labels the colors right on the packaging so you know what color it, it makes deciphering the color easier. So far, my experience has been fantastic with them!

I have ordered paper lanterns on several occasions, and every time the service has been outstanding, and the products are excellent. I love the remote controlled lantern lights- so convenient when having to set up well in advance of the event. Thanks, Cultural Intrigue!

Easy to order. No problem with shipping. Great service . would purchase again.

I ordered several LCD tealights and tea light/votive holders. Even though everything was packaged carefully, two of the tea light holders arrived broken. When I contacted the company, their customer service team was amazing. They told me they would take care of it and it was not necessary to ship the broken items back. I received the replacement items within the week. I will definitely order from this company in the future.

I would have no reservations recommending this company to other event/decor professionals (as I already have on several occasions!).
