This company is amazing to work with
This company is amazing to work with. Very friendly and prompt. They went the extra mile to make sure my address was correct because they didn’t see it on a map for shipping. I just bought a new build so even Google maps isn’t updated yet. This company wanted to make sure my package would be here in time for Christmas. Highly recommend!

If you ordered a sweater or a portrait, you should be gettng a preview when the render is ready to be sent, these previews are sent via the email used to placethe order.

Perfect!
The custom plush looks so much like our beloved dog Toby! It brought tears to our eyes when we saw him. The quality and details are amazing! It even arrived sooner than expected. Totally recommended! Thank you so much for letting us have a little piece of him forever with us.

Love the final product and support
I love the final Cuddle Clones I received and their support team was absolutely amazing! When I first got my Cuddle Clones, they needed a few tweaks. The support team never pushed back and worked hard to make sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend them and I can’t wait to use my head covers for my golf clubs. It will be like having my 2 pups cheering me on.

I have only received partial order
I have only received partial order. Socks look great. Emails have directed me to use Shop to track order. Absolutely not able to track on that site. Just a shopping site. Very frustrating. Finally was able to reach your customer service representative, and as I stated in previous response, that exp was helpful.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOTAL RIP OFF
My wife ordered two sets of custom matching pajamas for us for an upcoming party. Unfortunately, the items we received were completely wrong. The colors didn’t match, they sent shorts instead of pajama pants, and one of our dog’s pictures had half of its face printed in blue. I can’t understand how anyone at the company looked at these pajamas and thought they were acceptable enough to ship. When we emailed about the issue, it took several days to get a response. With the party just this weekend, we’ll be without our pajamas. My wife was understandably upset and requested a refund. In response, we were told they would replace the items but could only offer a partial refund of 10% on our $300.60 order. So, not only are we without our custom pajamas, but we also lost $300.60. This was a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend this company.
