Excellent customer service
Very quick to notify me they needed a better picture. This has been a tough time since my daughter’s puppy passed unexpectedly a day after my order. Their customer support is quick to respond and helpful. But I think this will be a perfect gift after such a terrible loss.

Tell them everything that make your dog special to you
Great support, easy to upload images, shipping could be quicker. It will be worth it when you get what you are looking for.

Completely satisfied
They did an absolutely amazing job with our pup! I was very careful selecting the pictures I submitted with the order, getting every angle, every marking, every detail, and they managed to match it all! The merle on his back, the markings on his leg, it's really everything I hoped it would be but feared it wouldn't. They really do pay attention to the details and I'm completely satisfied with the result.

Very helpful associates
Very helpful associates. I couldn’t find my order but Nikki U found it as the computer had used an older email. She changed it for me and answered extra questions. A very helpful, polite associate and an asset to this company.
