Alteration Process
They were willing to accept back and fix cuddle clone with alterations to make it look more like my beloved cat! They showed pictures of improvements and were patient with my response as I don't always check emails promptly. Thank you and I look forward to receiving the Cuddle Clone of my cat Beaget that I will love and cherish always!

Our cat just came back to life
Cuddle Clones really made sure they got our beloved cat in perfect detail. The resemblance to our kitty was very detailed and quality. I highly reccomend Cuddle Clones as we will be repeat customers!

product needed changing, but customer service was great
Originally when I received my product, I was not happy with the face. But when I contacted customer service, they very quickly took it back and edited it for free. She looks perfect now, I cried when I saw her photo. They're sending her back now and I'm very excited to see her again

Knowledgeable and patient
My CS representative was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This process can be very upsetting and Adrienne was so kind and informative. I can't wait to order my Cuddle clone!! Because I know it'll be exactly what I want!
