Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

I am very disappointed that they list white dog breeds but don’t offer white as an option. My American Eskimo was white not brown and white and certainly not pink. Now that I have visited their site I am plagued with their ads.

Would highly highly recommend cuddle clones…I’ve ordered a young version of my boy and was so happy I ordered an older version of him too, they keep you updated step by step until they finish your clone…when you receive it, it brings tears to your eyes, especially that I lost my boy Marley 3 weeks ago and they were so lovely about it.

So thankful I found this company. Not only was it therapeutic to have a clone after the loss of my pup after 17 years, but the company as a whole is amazing. Their customer service is top notch and spent the time checking in daily when we thought my clone might have gone missing in the mail. They even followed up after receiving him. Huge shout out to this company and their team ! The world needs more of this efficiency and kindness!

Cuddle cloning is an excellent company in giving fur parents an opportunity to receive a look like dog that gives a person a lot of comfort, especially when they have lost their pet. I have recommended the company to other friends and family members who have pets.

Amyra and all of the other CC reps have been very helpful. We LOVE your products.

The customer service is great. I ordered a cuddle clone. I have not gotten it yet, I got an email telling me it was getting ready to ship out which is great because they advertise it may take 8 weeks for regular shipping. Which I was totally fine with but it sounds like it'll be here way sooner than expected..I wanted it as a Christmas gift for my husband. We just lost our dog 2 weeks ago and she was his baby. And he's been lost without her. I knew a cuddle clone would be a great gift. So the fact that it's coming sooner is great. Anyway, when I got the email I started to think about how the packaging might come if it was a discreet box because it's a gift for Christmas and I don't want him to know what it is just yet. He works from home and therefore usually picks up all and any packages we get. So I emailed to ask and I got a quick response, Rachel was awesome in answering it. And very apologetic that it didn't come in a discreet box.. She mentioned the logo was on the box. Which is completely fine. But she was very sympathetic towards the situation and the loss of our dog. She seemed really sweet in her email. If I can suggest one thing it would be that if it's a gift for someone who lives in the same household it would be nice if there was an option for discreet packaging. I would absolutely even pay extra for that. All in all though the customer service was fantastic and I can't review the product itself as I haven't received it yet but I'm very excited and I can't wait for my husband to hold his baby girl once again on Christmas. Even though it's not physically her.... It'll be something he can hold and remember her by. This will be our first Christmas without her and it's going to be sad but we'll have this for comfort. Thank you for making that possible.

It was easy to generate Gus‘s clone, but when I mentioned I needed to get two clones and two bracelets the price that I was given just wasn’t competitive enough

I received my cuddle clone and jewelry faster than expected. Upon opening the cuddle clone I notice it did not look like my dog. The coloring was splotchy and off(my dog is a solid color except the white on his chest), the face was off and there were a few minor details that make my dog who he is that they also missed. I did add those details in the original email and they must have not seen it or something. I do want to point iut they got his chest markings right and his forehead wrinkles right. Anyways, I emailed customer service and they were super nice and understanding and immediately refunded me my money. They were the nicest customer service I've ever encountered. They didn't question or second guess me at all. I do have to say though that I would have rather have waited the full(2 months I belive) shipping/processing time for a better quality product than faster shipping for poorly done product. I did also pay extra for the clone to be shipped in a box and highly recommend that as the clone came in perfect condition and the box wasnt crushed at all. All around for $250(not including the $40 for the box or tax) I did expect the clone to be exactly like my dog. I did expect a little more effort into making it look like him and I think you may have to invest in more breed faces as much dog has a more droppy snout and wrinkly chin.
