I almost cried when I opened the…
I almost cried when I opened the package. Cuddle Clones did such a great job. Every pattern and spot looks just like him. Customer service always excellent and always kept me informed on my order.

three different customer…
It took me three different customer service representatives to finally get a partial refund for my order !!!!!!! Why???????

Customer Service Experience…
Contacting customer service about an issue can always be nerve-racking for me, but especially so because it had to do with my recently deceased soul Dog. But Manuela, the person who helped me, was just the most amazing. She was kind and thoughtful and did exactly what was best for us without any pushback. Though it didn’t work out for me personally I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone because of the kindness that we were treated with when bringing an issue to customer service. Thank you so much. - a grieving dog mom❤️‍🩹

Just window dressing?
I was thinking about buying a Cuddle Clones blanket for a friend but when I clicked on the link on the website, the response was “No product found”. I then checked other items under the Accessories tab and found the same response for almost all of them. I am unlikely to trust this company now. I think they want customers to believe what is just window dressing.

The “No product found” notice appears when browsing from outside the United States — since our blankets and accessories aren’t available for international shipping at this time. Currently, we’re only able to ship plush items and pajamas internationally, which is why those products appear as available while others don’t. We truly appreciate your interest and hope to expand our international product options in the future. If your friend is in the U.S., those items should appear normally and be available to order. I added numerous changes to my 17 year…
