However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic, and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We can fully understand how inconvenient this is since we have promised that your order will be delivered before Christmas, however, this kind of situation is out of our control.
