Hi Jodi! First of all, we appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. Please know that we did our best for our customers to receive their orders in time for Christmas. However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. I have checked your concern, and I can see that one of our customer care representatives already responded to your email! I also checked your order, and I can confirm that it has already been completed, and delivered on December 27! Hi Amy, Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion we have caused. I have checked your order, and I can see that the shipping label was created on December 8. I am so sorry for the confusion. One of our agents already informed you about this, but I would like to confirm that our shipping labels are created when orders are ready and about to leave our workshop to our home office for final inspection and packaging. Upon further checking, the package arrived to our HQ last December 8, and was also forwarded to USPS the same day; hence the USPS tracking was updated, too. I can see now that it is already in transit to you, and the estimated delivery is on December 22. We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience, and confusion we have caused, Amy. Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake when this happens to get it just right. Please know that you have the chance to send it back for a one-time complimentary remake if you’d like, or to return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost and non-refundable rush fees), as long as your order was received within 30 days. I have checked your case, and I am so sorry for the confusion made by one of our phone agents, we didn’t mean to offend you, and I agree that it was our fault that we missed to read the note on your order. I am really sorry. Upon checking, I can also confirm that we did receive emails from you, and one of our customer representatives responded providing you options mentioned above.
