I placed my order on 11/20 for 2 pairs…

I placed my order on 11/20 for 2 pairs of pajamas for Christmas gifts. I received an email on 11/22 stating my order was in production. I called on 12/15 and was informed that my order was awaiting shipping. I called on 12/16 and was told that part of my order was still in production and to call on 12/19. I called on 12/19 phone system down. Emailed with no response. Called on 12/20 phone system down. Emailed again. Prior to my order, I read reviews and felt confident that I would receive my order. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint and will make sure no one else orders from this company.

Please know that we did our best for our customers to receive their orders in time for Christmas. However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. I am so sorry. I have checked your order, and I can confirm that it has already been completed, and delivered on December 30!
