Hi Shaun! Thanks for sharing your honest feedback about your recent experience with us. Your furry dog looks super lovely! We had a lot of fun printing his/her face on the Pajamas you have purchased! <3 As for your concern regarding the Custom fees, please know those charges are not charged by Cuddle Clones. Some countries charge customs fees when they receive a package from another country. Customs fees are not covered by us but need to be paid by the customer. I am very sorry you were not aware of this. As much as we'd like, we cannot include customs fees in our prices, as the prices differ per country and not all countries charge customs fees. For more information, please check out our Help Center page - https://help.cuddleclones.com/do-you-ship-outside-of-the-united-states. And as for the packages coming from China, Cuddle Clones items are made at our 100%-owned small workshop located in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. Our workshop has many talented designers and highly skilled support staff and it is a very nice little place. Locating our workshop in China provides huge advantages such as highly skilled labor in the area of plush design and the proximity to raw materials, which means that we can offer Cuddle Clones products to a broader number of pet lovers without charging thousands of dollars. I hope this helps! If you have questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected], and we will get back to you right away. Thank you so much, Shaun. Take care! <3 Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hi Stephen! We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback about your recent experience with us. First of all, we are so sorry if you feel this way. :( Upon checking your Cuddle Clones account, I see that you created your account on November 5 and received a 30% discount code via email on November 7 as our welcome gift. You then tried to place an order and use the discount code today (7 days after receiving it), however, it’s no longer working; hence you have reached out to us for help. I have read your email conversation with my colleague, and I see that she explained that the 30% code you’re referring to has already expired on November 8 - that we can no longer honor it, and we have offered you a 10% discount code as a token of apology. We understand that a 10% discount code is not enough in exchange for the 30% discount code you have received, however, please also know that the email containing the 30% discount you have received also shows that the code was just offered for a limited time. I am really sorry for the inconvenience we have caused. I can also see that you have already placed an order for the Plush Cuddle Clone of Juno using a 15% discount code. Thank you for your continued support, Stephen. <3 If you need further help, feel free to send us a message https://cuddleclones.com/pages/contact . Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hi John, Thanks for sharing your honest feedback about your recent experience with us. First of all, we are sincerely sorry to hear about what happened to the Golf Club Headcover of Marmaduke! We stand behind our products’ quality and never want anyone to be unhappy with their Cuddle Clone. Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake or a return when this happens to get it just right. Thank you for your honest review and for reaching out to us for assistance. Upon reviewing your case, I see that one of our agents already assisted you, and we understand that you’d like to proceed with a return for a refund. We appreciate you giving us a try and allowing us to assist you in the best way we can. <3 Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hello Sheen! We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Cuddle Clone. :( Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake when this happens to get it just right. Please know that you have the chance to send it back for a one-time complimentary remake if you’d like, or to return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost and non-refundable rush fees), as long as your order was received within 30 days. I reviewed your order, and I see that you purchased this last year, December 24, 2021. I am so sorry, we'd love to help you, however, you're no longer eligible for the remake or return. :( You can find more about our return policy here: https://help.cuddleclones.com/returns-and-exchanges If you need more help, one of our lovely agents will be glad to assist you, please contact us at: https://cuddleclones.com/pages/contact Thank you so much.
