I bought the pink pajama set for a family members birthday and they were far more luxurious than I expected. The picture of the dog was perfect and my cousin loved them. Definitely worth the money!

I bought my daughter pyjamas with her dog Roy on them for Christmas. She loved them and thank God they fit. I only gave 4 stars because the sizing is on the small side. I went up a size and I would recommend anyone purchasing pjs to go up a size.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible customer service. They left my package sitting in their warehouse for more than a week until I sent an email asking why there haven't been any shipping updates. Once they finally shipped it, I got a bill for an extra $31.99 for shipping fees. They only have the one shipping option, and no options that avoid duties and taxes. They refused to pay the extra fees, and denied me a refund if I returned the product.

I see that you have reached out to us regarding the customs fees you have paid to DHL. As much as we’d like to help our customers with these fees, please know that these fees are imposed by your country’s government, Cuddle Clones is not responsible for these fees. This was also indicated on our website’s Help Center. Here’s a link for your reference: https://help.cuddleclones.com/do-you-ship-outside-of-the-united-states As for the delay we experienced, I know that one of our customer care representative already explained this to you, due to some COVID-19 related issues, we’ve experienced delays on some pajamas orders. China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. We can fully understand how inconvenient this is since we have promised that your order will be delivered before Christmas, however, this kind of situation it is out of our control. This was really not the experience we wanted you to have, and as a one-time courtesy, we have processed a 20% partial refund for your order. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for this refund to appear in your account. Once again, we are very sorry, Jacob.
