Started with my $105 free chip with a 30x playthrough requirement. Once i hit the playthrough requirement it automatically removed the balance related to the bonus and I submitted for cash out. Having read the T&C I know it could take a few days, and it did. Approximately 24hrs to approve and 72hrs more to pay out, but it *did* pay out to my BC wallet. So far so good. Normally the free chips, you never win enough to take the minimum offered, it's like the games know its not your money, which is every casino that I have experienced free chips at, but to my surprise, I was winning fairly not abundantly but I was comfortable and happy because the wins alloted me the ability to try out the majority of the games play factor and not one was a disappointment. I played with the free chip for a good three to four hours and it was an enjoyable play and finally I was done I got myself to the approved cash out amount, per the rules, and I began my withdrawal. The withdrawal is the second hard review, I check to see what takes place because my experience with wins from free chips, despite the rules that state xx is maximum cashout, I always have bad issues with other casino's and I would never get the payout, so I did my request to withdraw and with great surprise, a few days later I received my payout, now that was the best feeling to see, I didn't have to go on chat and argue with the casino representative. The one thing I didn't like was the playthrough amount on the bonus I used, it was way to high for the amount received, again by me and my thoughts. It got discouraging trying to meet that high of a request, now it was challenging to try, but in the end when you know you can't beat it the feeling is exhausting and very disheartening to see you are walking away with nothing. I understand the concept why a playthrough is needed, but that should be reviewed and perhaps reevaluated, make it worth my wild to come back and play. The other not so good item is the free spins, love them, but they are on a game, in my opinion, that won't give an opportunity to win let alone spend some time playing. Give the patron a couple different games to pick from for the free spins, putting them on a game that isn't fun or challenging will, to me, result in a occasional player at Crypto Loko. People complaining and the $105 chip needs to read terms and conditions, usually you have a max cash out of only $100 on no deposit bonuses anyways! So be happy you got anything really! It was free for Christ's sake!
