I don't believe my last issue was resolved properly

Never seem to win they give you fre spons but if you do make it thru the play thru they take the excess cash with is fine but leave you with just enough to cash out if u don't see this happening which it does not tell you it just takes itbout and you happen to spin once more you can't cash out

Was the VIP member for a long time and since I started winning, they revoked my VIP status and hasn’t changed for months

to be honest at first i love play here but after my last withdraw i lost interest in playing here.. it takes almost a month since the first i made request also the support didnt even helping

I'm particular about where I deposit but I read online that they had fast withdrawals that took only a few hours to process at most. Lies. I should have known. The fast payouts are only for club members or some bs like that. Everyone else has to wait 7-10 days. They'll probably extend out my payout time to 6 months like their sister sites do. They do not have fast payouts.

At first everything was great, I had a few wins, and the turbo pay, and coindraw options were fast and simple. Then they were removed as an option and per the chat I was informed I had reached my max. The terms of service are very controversial as they say 2500 daily and 10,000 weekly withdrawl limits for Bitcoin users. This is false. You’ll never get this opportunity since the max allowed on Turbo or Coin is in fact 2500.00. Then it is removed. The reason I was told is my player class changed. So the more you play or win you are downgraded 🤣. Ok so then you can choose Bitcoin withdraw. You can only do 2500 at a time, so hypothetically say you win 5k you must split the withdrawal into 2 separate withdraws, here’s where the catch is. It’s 5 days to review 1 withdraw and then 5 days later they’ll review the next one. So it becomes a very long tedious wait time upward of 1-2 months. Nowhere in their TOS is this explained. The entire sight states crazy fast withdraws, fastest withdraws, etc, but they do not explain that it’s capped at 2500. Period forever once you have withdrawn that amount the option is removed. Very nice customer service, and games are fun and I have won, and been paid. But now I’m punished for continuing to play and will have to wait 1-2 months for withdrawal. If you like to gamble, this is probably not for you. I currently went from VIP2 to NO VIP status just for playing, since once your player class changes they remove Turbo and Coindraw, leave you with their slowest Bitcoin withdraw, and a 5 day review period between. Therefore you’ll never reach a 2500 Daily Cash out, or a 10,000 weekly due to the absolute impossibility. This should be explained in their TOS. Fun site, excellent customer service, just the withdraw process needs better communication and ALL the rules should be in writing. I did a no deposit bonus last week and won money from it and made a withdrawal. I asked the employees of this company how long it took until I got my money, after which they said that I will not get it because my country is not accepted. for no deposit bonuses. I found this very strange because I didn't see anywhere where this was not allowed. Hello, I played and won with my first NDB I recived when Registering. I made the roll over with plenty to spare so, when the roll over was met I did not notice right away. I then figured out how to do the whole crypto thing , so I could make the verification and cash out. If it worked I would continue to play. I did continue to play while awaiting verification and I got lucky again bringing my winnings up over $1200. I got back down to just under $1,000 when I was able to withdraw. I requested to withdraw $900, leaving the rest to play. The money came very quick but I only got like $104, my coupon max, I thought was $175, that they already took me down to when I hit the roll over. I saw a manager withdrawl for the difference and I am still waiting to see why. I have a feeling they are going to tell me the max is the max and I can only actually withdraw that, even if I won more after it was technically mine. Then they are going to tell me the max is only $100. Which still makes no sense because they say you will get back you verification deposit also.
