I got the $105 free chip and after the play through was left with just over $200. I initiated the withdrawal over a day ago and now when I login to my account it states “oops something bad happened” and I can’t access the site. Im not sure if I am being scammed for my withdrawal but regardless I am irritated. Update - they responded to my review asking for more information which I provided, we will see if they follow up or not, I will update again. I used the $105 bonus. Played it an went to cash out with balance of $2300. Was told only could redeem $105. That was fine. After verification I was then requested proof of address. I gave proof of address by email they had requested from. It's been 6 days still no redeem an to make this even better when I try to login to the site, I get the message "something bad has happened" an the site won't work!?. This happens even when trying different phones. I tried to email them about the issue an they do not respond back. I'm blessed I did not give this company my money. Very disappointed with the outcome especially with this being at Christmas time.

Honestly. I did used my $105 chip. And when I went through that, I deposited $40 and won over $100! I put in a inquiry for a withdrawal. I completed the ID process and it said it would take over 24-72hr. It's been almost 5 days now and I still have yet to receive my payout. Very upset as I feel I just got my money stolen from me..

NEWEST UPDATE: As you can see below, Crypto Loko posted a response to this review requesting more information to be submitted through TrustPilot. They claimed to want to take a look at my player account to “see if there is anything they can do”. This was over a week ago and I’ve received absolutely no correspondence from them since.
