I had seen some negative reviews of this casino before I made my account, but I thought it was just ppl complaining because they hadn't followed the bonus rules. Then I made my own account. I received the new player bonus and won over $ 100. I then added 15 bucks of litecoin so I could withdraw my winnings, and instead of taking the 15 back with my winnings, I left it in the account to continue playing. I won another 200 bucks with that 15 dollars. Then I received notice from this casino that I was not eligible for my bonus. I'm not sure why, but I made my account 3 days before and never used any bonus with them either. When asked, I was told I wasn't eligible first, then was told my withdrawal was too low. I was supposed to take the 15 dollars back with my bonus winnings, even though when I read through everything, nowhere does it say u must take that money back. It didn't even pop up with an option for me to change the amount I was withdrawing. So NOW my bonus was canceled and my winnings removed, and now I'm being told I can't take the other 200 I won either because I was supposed to take that 15 dollars I won back after my bonus!!! I'm literally flabbergasted by this. Had I lost that 15 dollars, I definitely wouldn't have been able to get it refunded, but since I won, now I can get it back with the 100 I won from the bonus if I reapply. They have already canceled and deleted the winnings from it, so I don't know how I am supposed to reapply for this. I've played a lot of these types of casinos; this one is by far the worst!!!
