They are cheater. They will deducted money with informing. Irrelevant deductions. They deducted my money in lockdown as well. I am are you guys serious? I moved to other city in lockdown and called them to cancel my membership. They directly refused to do that and told me to come directly to the gym. Then where your “customer service” has gone? Complete losers. Today they deducted $72. When I called they canceled my membership NOW. Then why not before? They just want to steal your money.

I had a very horrible experience with Crunch Fitness in Dothan Alabama. I signed up for a free trial membership and before it was up I went on their website and put in a request to cancel my membership and never heard anything back. I have called and visited my local gym and the corporate office and called their finance office and was pretty much told there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault that they stole $200 from me. I will not be back up there and I will be telling everyone i know not to use that gym! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

If you want a dirty gym, with filthy locker rooms and poor / broken equipment - then this is the place for you! The employees will lie shamelessly to your face and say something to the effect - "we're working on it". Avoid at all cost.

Horrible from top to bottom, inside and out. Poor management and administration, filthy gym, disgusting bathrooms and locker rooms. Very bad reputation around the entire county of El Cajon, California. Will not recommend this gym to friends, family , and I suggest anyone reading this review find another gym, Any gym !!!

I cancelled my membership in March 2020 at the beginning of the Pandemic, I was a member in the Elk Grove California location. I discovered recently that I was charged 3 months after cancelling and fully reinstated without my knowledge, I was told that I only suspended this account, but this is not correct and not what I was told during cancellation. I ask "if I suspended my account... then who reinstated it?", "because I did not". No answer was given for that question. I asked for a full refund or time credited back to me as I had not been to the gym not even one visit since the pandemic and I was told by a very nice rep. (Raelyn) that it was nothing she could do. She then asked a general manager who could have easily made allowances to keep customer satisfaction and retention, but only replied with a political answer of "NO".

Was berated by the Manager Mr. Hampton in front of the whole gym. My god I have never met anyone with so much disrespect and lack of awareness. I saw all the reviews and signed up online, as to minimize contact with staff. I didn't make it to my second workout. If you do sign up, do it on a credit card with good customer service. Called Apple Card, told them what happened and took care of it.

They have some good equipment and low prices, so it’s tempting to sign up. Once you do, it’s high pressure sales for training and upgrades, random fees, and impossible cancellation. This is a dishonest company.

If you want To get bullied. Harassed. And made fun of, then go to Crunch Bellmore. There is a group of bullies that are Michelle C. Zumba Followers who not only bully shy people but they bully people with disabilities. They tell the members to go to the back and that they don't belong in the front. If you don't go to the back. these bullys snicker, Taunt and make snickering sounds throughout the zoomba class. No help is given from Sam the manager. Crunch Bellmore does not protect their members. One of the bully leaders is Madelyn H. What a disapointment!! I believe they should be reported to the Committee on Special Education. I no longer attend that gym. Who wants to go to a gym to get harrassed? Bullied and made fun of? I go to the gym to destress and not to be molested by bullies.
