Teresa at the front desk is always friendly, attentive and knows your name! Her smile upon walking in sets the tone for your entry and workout

I was at the gym 2/26/25 and 2 ladies just complained about the staff at the front desk. Everyone could see she was busy just after 4 classes got let out and surronded her while she was by herself. I just want to shout out to the staff at the front desk and say great job, people can be self absorbed but the team worked hard to elp everyone as fast as possible and very professional. Keep up the good work.

What a great way to start off your Saturday - Top it Off and Bottoms Up with Melissa. She nails the class every time - she makes you want to push yourself to the limits. She explains every set - everything a professional should do so you get the ultimate workout...kudos Melissa !!!

I always go to the Crunch on East Main Street so my review is for this location. It has always been a welcoming place, the staff are very friendly. Rarely have I not been able to get a workout station. I love the fact that they have a play area for your kids. Today they had a woman by the name of Jennifer who was good energy and seemed to know what she was doing with kids. 10/10
