Go to any other gym! This place is nothing but a thief! Canceling your membership is nearly impossible, with mixed messaging from every different employee you talk to. I innocently thought that other people's poor reviews would not apply to me. Yet here I am still trying to cancel this membership. If a gym needs predatory contracts in order to make money, then maybe it needs to reevaluate its business model. YOU WERE WARNED! IF YOU EVER WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!!!!

So i was a recurring member, cancelled my membership multiple times an came back multiple times. But this last time i cancelled my membership. They charged me for late fees an a month of membership after I cancelled an then were worse than debt collectors, with hounding phone calls an emails. All for a measly 20-30 bucks, i was called nonstop for two days an received multiple almost threatening emails bout actions they could take to collector their money. I called one day to try an discuss the matter but the customer service rep was of no use and began getting an attitude saying that if i had just paid my bill in the first place i wouldnt have to deal with all this, but seeing as i cancelled my membership i should have never been charged. Their customer service is not a service but more like a bill collector.

I Joined Crunch Fitness 0011 Gym on December 30, 2019, and paid a full year membership fee. My first visit was January 13, 2020, and my last visit was March12, 2020, due to COVID-19. I also took personal training at the Gym, and always pay two weeks (two sessions) in advance for the training. Due to my previous health issues, I decided not to go back to the Gym, and requested a refund of a PORTION of the membership fees, and the fees for two sessions for personal training NOT rendered. After several phone calls, emails, and registered mail, they refused to refund my money - a total fee of $185.51. I would never recommend anyone to join Crunch Fitness based on the following: 1. They don't provide you with a copy of their contract for you to review - they just read to you (from the computer) the sections of the contract that is in their favor; 2. Nothing was mentioned to me of their cancellation policy; 3. I was unable to contact the owners, because the staff refused to give me their names; 4. No consideration was given for the reasons why I stop going to the Gym (COVID, and I am a high risk member due to COVID); and 5. Today I am out of pocket $185.51. Caution: If you decide to join Crunch Fitness, make sure you know what you are signing - ask for a hard copy of the contract and read it before signing. This business does not let you cancel. They say you've canceled but then start to charge you again. So you have to cancel it again. For one and a half years we have been in this loop of canceling, being charged, disputing the charges and then having to cancel again. You should not do business with these people. There are plenty of other gyms with more ethical business practices. EVIL! LIARS!

For over a year, I have tried to cancel my gym membership with Crunch Fitness in Trinity FL . After the initial period, I tried to cancel my membership twice-even as far as cancelling my debit card twice as well. A third attempt is being made by Crunch Fitness to collect on a debt that I do not owe. Note: To anyone attempting to join crunch fitness- please consider some other gym- These guys are crooks- Trust me!

Joined the gym and was promised a 20$ card if I paid for a year. I paid but never got anything. I emailed the general manger and she told me she had to email head office. 3 weeks later and every time I ask for an update...I'm told " HEAD OFFICE HASN'T ANSWERED." ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR THE PROMISES THEY MADE!!! DON'T JOIN THIS GYM AND BE FOOLED BY EMPTY PROMISES.

In the 25 years of being a gym member at several gyms in Ontario, Canada. I have never been treated so poorly. The gym is a place I go to eliminate stress not add to it. I will gladly pay more money to never have to deal with the manager at the London South Gym. You can slam weights, misuse and mistreat equipment, leave weights on apparatus, disregard wiping machines and display the most unhygienic behavior in the locker room but God forbid you bring a gym bag on the floor. I mean they pick and choose who they enforce this policy with or any policy for that matter. Was a loyal patron of this gym thru entire pandemic and even tho I have a home gym I still like the atmosphere of working out in a large gym and help support the local economy. But to be the one they harass over having a gym bag on the floor and further more complying to the policy daily to have my membership terminated but I wasn't going to be singled out by a power hungry manager who really just didn't like me. Avoid any Crunch gym at all costs. As a former military member and current first responder I will caution anyone and tell everyone What a terrible experience Crunch gym offers. Please do yourself a favour and sign up anywhere else. It's worth the extra money.
