My name Cory Richardson i use to work there Crunch Fitness is a great organization it's a great place of business they just have the wrong person managing the business had a great time working there met hella people that was great couple of co-workers straight until they start turning they back on you just to kiss some ass but in due time they time will come. And the young lady Ariana the little fat girl work at the front desk she told a friend of mine name Matthew when he walked in the bathroom to use it when she was mopping 2 days ago she said to him i hope you slipping and fall yet she still there after she told him that and the other young lady thst look like a old ass woman that haven't been there a month yet name Amaya lied on me I guess they call they self set me up but they gave me one hell of a case she tell Matthew to get the hell out of the gym cuz they going to cancel his membership how the hell are they still working there? They have kids at that front desk and it calls for bad business but the GM Caelyn wolf she's not a great person I mean off the clock she's okay but she have bad intentions She always told us how she appreciate us but I never took that serious because she couldn't tell me what she appreciated that I did or knew what I did at the end of the day for you people saying what Crush ain't I work my ass off there and I gave it all I had but I God got me.

Be weary of giving your banking info to these people! I tried to cancel my membership in person at the gym. After 45 minutes of hard sell the front desk finally said he'll send my signed request to cancel membership. Membership didn't cancel, obviously. They continued to charge my cc. It's been he'll trying to cancel this membership. They won't do it in person. They will refuse to do it over email. Absolute nightmare!

I've been a member for years..I purchased 15 personal training sessions over the Xmas holidays.. on my first scheduled lesson.. my trainer didn't show up or call me..I reconfigured schedule that day.. I tried to get my money back because I heard from a few people that the trainers don't show up quite often. I just found out that they are not refunding my money. Be careful before you fall into the same trap as I did.

Walked in to cancel (Sep '21). Told I would have to pay til end of month. Did and supposedly all good. Got a bill 6 months later after moving out of state. Called and they said a clerical error on their end. Now 2 years later I am getting a $300 collection agency bill saying I owe them. I do not live in the state and their gyms werent that good to deal with this crap.

This company is fraudulent. It is impossible to cancel your account without spending literally HOURS on the phone with someone in East Asia.

Predatory business and sales associates. Will mislead you on how much you will have to pay and trick you into signing up just to get whatever kick back they get for signing someone up. Will lie to you about cancellation policy. My sister asked to cancel 10 mins after she signed up because after finally getting a second to think she realized that what the staff member said before signing her up and after she signed were 2 different things and she did not agree to those terms. Would not let her cancel and told her to come back another day because she needed a manger. She came back another day and staff told her the manager was in a meeting but she said that my sister needed to send a physical letter by mail to request cancellation. In freaking 2023 you have to send a letter through mail to cancel a membership some predatory saleswomen signed her up with an ipad. You can sign up on an ipad but need to cancel with snail mail??? That is the biggest pile of crap ive heard in a while. Literally insane. My sister called me crying because she didn't know what to do and felt taken advantage of. I told my sister to go back in and talk to someone else while i was on the phone. Another manager not in a meeting somehow came out of nowhere. He seemed to notice her phone out and in use and probably thought she was recording and was clearly scared of getting in trouble and immediately said he would take care of it and cancel the membership. Why didn't they do that before? Where was this manager before. Its like the staff member was lying so the sign up stays in the system long enough for the person that signed her up gets her kick back. I don't know for sure if they get kick backs but why else would she have lied and used so many mis leading tactics just to sign her up. All she wanted to do was join the zumba class one day as a guest and somehow convinced someone who doesn't even live here to sign up. When my sister told her that she said oh no problem we have crunches in that state too. Not even caring if it was close enough to where she lived to make sense. Disgusting way to treat fellow humans. Businesses like these need to be stopped.

Horrible. I tried canceling my membership with 3 months left to go and i was told that my membership does not qualified for cancellations . i had to pay the full amount (3 months left) plus 2 months that the account was frozen for a total of 5 months. The contract they make you sign is a total BS . The gym is a Dump . staten island location 300w service rd 10314.

Bunch of thieves. I cancelled my membership and these thieves continue to debit my card. Run away from this company. Crooks.
