I have never written a review in my life before. BUT PEOPLE MUST BE WARNED. This is the worst establishment in human history. They will overcharge you, they will charge you past the date they stated they would, and all of the managers will lie about your billing and account information. My first issue happened a month after registering for personal training, where they were charging me double the amount agreed upon, and withdrawing it directly from my bank account. After this issue was resolved (difficultly), months later, at the end of my personal training, they withdrew an extra two months of money directly out of my bank account, after my contract ended. Their management are a bunch of liars and the company is a SCAM. PLEASE AVOID CRUNCH AT ALL COSTS. They only care about taking people’s hard earned money. They also have a ”NO REFUND POLICY” no matter the circumstance, even if it was their fault, because of their negligence to your account, or their unethical business practices. The gym and washroom as well as change room facilities are also very disgusting, outdated, and not well-kept. Their personal trainers are uninformed at the least, and neglectful of injuries at the worst. Their business practises are Unethical. So please, everyone proceed with caution. DO NOT get scammed by Crunch. Avoid them at all costs.

Rude front desk staff Asked to help

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is rude and it’s run by a bunch of kids most of the time. When it finally came time for me to cancel my membership, they told me I had to give a 30 day notice in which I had to make another payment and then I could cancel. they wouldn’t let me cancel my membership until I paid $30 right then and there that wasn’t due for another month!

This gym overcharged me and I have been trying to get my money returned since the beginning of April. I’ve given them proof with zero communication from them. VERY UNHAPPY!! Would have considered returning at a later date to use this facility but will never go again.

BE AWARE WHEN JOIN IN THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY.THEY HAVE TAKEN PRO RATA +PLUS ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE (THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL GET PAYMENT IN ADVANCE WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP ...ITS A BIG FAT LIE) THEY CHARGDE ME $116.00 WHEN I SIGNED IN + ANOTHER $44.90 AFTER MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED ..TOTAL $160.90 FOR 1WK AND 2 VISITS TO GYM...COMPLAINT LODGED WITH FAIR TRADING.

There are too many broken machines for this to be an active gym. The owner does not care about anything fitness related and just keeps the gym open to collect membership dues.

Management is horrible, pretty much playing the hot potato, is a totally Mickey Mouse group.

Every fitness service all wants more customers; Crunch fitness sale director fire their old customers because those old customers they only paid $9 per month pass 13 years. she said"if those want to rejoin the group; they need to pay $29.99". Restroom unclean, work areas were dirty, and dumbbells were every where; we cannot complain or we will lose our member ship. Christy H was the sale Manager and dictated her rule for Crunch gym service like supermarket in Vietnam.
