They will “mommy you” or treat you like a child. I am aware I signed documents stating I am an adult and responsible for my own actions health and safety. This gym is only for 18+ Asking is appreciated but demanding is disrespectful. I have been going to the gym for several months and I have been singled out by one woman at the desk. I request to speak with a supervisor. And Luis spoke with me. He is aware not all the employees require their patrons to show glassware for tanning. I have only had ONE employee make a demand of me over several months. Because I am a mother of two with a large diaper bag, I did ask to use the office to remove items out of my bag to comply with Luis’s demands. But he stated that I could not. I would think they would care about keeping ther patrons. If you don’t wish to be singled out or treated like a child. I would not use this gym.

Would rate a 0 if I could...Was Charged an extra $50 annual fee - 2 MONTHS after starting a membership! WTF - then charged me another $12+ to cancel membership - said I had to wait another month for it to cancel out. Very Uncool Crunch and I will tell everyone I meet and every social media oulet - YOU PAY FOR MORE THAN THEY ADVERTISE. Can't even get original agreement to review and submit for fraud...HMM Wonder WHY!

I will tell anyone even thinking of joining this gym to RUN! RUN far away from the thought!! They will sucker you in to take your money LITERALLY!! Not only take your fee of $180 without rendering their services for a trainer, but willingness to TAKE extras from your account as well! When addressed with the situation at hand , they will play out the blame game and the culprit will try to avoid you! Slick smirks are NOT working here! They LITERALLY stole $360 from my checking account and likely to try and change me another $180 for canceling! If you don't believe me " I have proof to backup everything I have endured with this gym!" RUN... there are better options and honest people out there.

Corporate greedy. They will try to rip.you off.

I love Crunch Fitness Center overall. The issue I am having is inadequate parking. This past Monday I could not find parking for roughly 30minutes gave up and went home without being able to workout. It was extremely frustrating. Please Crunch Fitness fix this issue or I will be left with no other recourse than to cancel my membership and join another gym.

It is with my broken and anguished heart that I come to write this review. I've been working out in this location ( Ocoee) for almost a year and have always found the environment welcoming. The front deck staff are always very receptive and friendly and ready to help and my 6 year old son has always really enjoyed staying in the kids room with JoJo and Nancy who have always been extremely careful and attentive, but yesterday 11/13/2014 when I went to pick him up from the kids' room, the person in charge told me that they had grounded him and he was terrified because he was always a child that I never had any complaints about. Unfortunately, when he was playing he jumped into a mini house and hit another boy who was inside the mini house and the people responsible decided to punish him for that. Unfortunately, accidents can happen to children in the play area, but it was the attitude of the caregivers that scared me. They grounded my son for God knows how long without my authorization and when I went to question her she said that it was in the contract I signed that they could punish my son. I asked her to read this clause to me and she read it with complete confidence and there was nothing stating that they could punish children. I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager who was very understanding and apologized and went to speak to the group who were working in the children's room. When I entered the room the employee was giving me dirty looks and at no point did those responsible apologize for their actions towards me or my son. So parents be very careful because if they did this to a 6 year old child, imagine what they could do to younger children. The manager said that the name of the worker who did this was JOICE, so parents be very careful and NEVER let your children stays during their shift. Unfortunately I had to cancel Kids for my son and he made me promise that I would never, ever, ever take him back there. He was really very scared and traumatized about the whole situation.

Fraudulent billing and collections.. They should be investigated I signed up a 30 day trial for a new gym. Although they opened a month late the gym was pretty busy and fuly staffed. Too busy for me, so I cancelled my trial membership after ONE visit. I received emails about upcoming billing and responded to them to reminded them of my cancellation. I called to confirm my account was cancelled and 6 months later I get a letter from Aldous & Associates trying to collect $241 on behalf of Crunch Fitness. I called the "law office" and was told they are not required to provide any proof of the debt unless I send a letter in writing to their PO box to dispute the error. There is no copy of the bill, no indication of what it's for (I never signed a contract or promisorry note). They just claim that I owe this amount, somehow. If anyone from Crunch Fitness can contact me, please do. Your phone reps do NOT help... apparently My emails are not replied to. In the meantime, I guess I'll write a letter, then buy an envelope and a stamp to stop the legal threats. UPDATE: NOW (04/20/25) I have a collection showing on my credit report. After I mailed them twice already to dispute this fraudulent claim. Apparently, this form or fraud and extortion is normal. Can someone give me tips to resolve this?
