I have been a member since before it opened in Parrish Florida approximately 3 years ago I recently purchased a 3 month training package Halfway through I was unhappy but I I knew I had signed a contract I told my trainer I was willing to have the rest of payments taken out but I was done with the training due to their lack of integrity ( in my opinion) I said I was happy to pay and not use but I wanted to cancel immediately since other members said it’s difficult to cancel due to the way they do business They were right. My trainer said I could not cancel until a small window before 3 months was up So I continued since they wouldn’t cancel which was the reason I was willing to pay and not use. I JUSTED WANTED TO BE SURE I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY BEYOND 3 Months but since they wouldn’t cancel I chose to use package. I would constantly ask my trainer when I could cancel finally she said next week When I went to cancel I found out I could have cancelled 2 weeks earlier but I missed the date so They would deduct another double payment Because I missed deadline and they need 10 day notice A manager listened to me and said he would try” to trick system “ so it would t take another deduction from my bank account and if it didn’t work he would give a refund I waited and watched another 100 plus coming out of my checking account a week later Management has refused to give refund and they have told my former trainer to stop talking to me since I said I was going to Florida AG office of Consumer affairs and BBB I pray they dont keep taking the money out I am 64 years old and 100 dollars is a lot for services I will never use and did not want If Crunch cares I m sure they can find the tape of me talking to the manager Beware Dave McCray

I have tried cancelling my membership with Crunch Fitness for months! I do not live in the same town anymore and they will not accept my email as a cancellation. They said I have to come in or mail a letter. What proof do I have from mailing in a letter? My email should be proof enough. I ended up blocking their charges with my credit card and they have now have a debt collector trying to get $76 dollars from me. WHAT A RIP OFF!

Crunch has taken all of my money. I moved away from Tuscaloosa, AL 3 years ago, when I got home I tried canceling my membership because I didn’t know it was either in person or by letter at the time. I try to speak to managers 1 x a week and the workers at Tuscaloosa either would answer, or when asked to speak with manager about cancellation they’d say to mail in a letter. I MAILED IN THE LETTER, not once but twice, and how convenient that they said I didn’t right before my annual fee came out. IVE SENT ANOTHER LETTER SINCE AND STILL GOT CHARGED THIS MONTH, but when I call the place THEY NEVER ANSWER OR MANAGER ISNT THERE. TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA. DO NOT WORK OUT HERE. THEY ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY, and I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING.

I would give zero stars if I could. the Pine Ridge Road location. My 17 year old daughter signed up online, there was a starting fee, taxes etc, $110, and then monthly $12.69. She went to the gym a few times and told me it was dirty, and machines were broken. (I knew that would not change), so I wanted to cancel the year long subscription. In trying to do so, found a loop hole, found out that in order for a 17 year old to go, an adult had to sign off for that.(which I had not done) so I emailed them, over and over with no response from Tessie manager of admissions, or Ryan (front desk), I finally had to go in personally, and told Tessie about wanting to cancel, and refunded, as my daughter should not have been able to go in, as I had never signed off for her, how come she was able to get in? Tessie said they have no control over that, and told me that I have a 'shitty' daughter that just walked in, and did her own thing. I would say that Bryan Mcnett (OWNER) needs to know more of what goes on, as his staff are appalling! I'd also had also had sessions stolen from me by a previous trainer over a year ago, who tried to get money from sessions he had not done. (that was rectified ultimately, but this is what goes on there.

1. When I joined pre-open date they said it was a 24/7 gym. The minute they opened their doors it became a gym closing between midnight and 4am (exactly when I wouldnuse the facility, I work overnights). 2. They have no interest in improving their equipment. When asked if they would be getting kettlebells larger than 35#, the answer is no. But I'm welcome to carry my 22kg (48#) bell in. 🤦‍♀️ 3. Their personal trainers are TERRIBLE! I watched a trainer put an unconditional woman on top of dumbbells to do o ushups when it was so apparent she couldn't dona proper pushup on her knees or even the wall. Her form was setting her up for injury. Next he tried to show her and have her do a Turkish get up (he couldn't even do it properly!) with weight overhead again, setting herself up for injury. And finally, he had her on the treadmill with a high incline, carrying 2 - 25# plates. WTH! Anyone who has any training regarding fitness knows all of these things are wrong! Now I canceled my membership and they charged me another month. There is sooo much better out there people. Don't join this sh*t show of a fitness facility Greenfield, WI was my gym.

Absolutely Disgusted with the Management at Crunch Fitness Bloomingdale If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had knee surgery on Tuesday to repair a torn ACL and bicep femoris. While I was heavily medicated and recovering at home, I received a phone call from a manager at Crunch Fitness Bloomingdale regarding my 14-year-old son, who was simply trying to get a one-day pass with his older brother. Instead of allowing that, I was pressured and manipulated—in a completely incoherent state—into a full membership contract for my son. Keep in mind, my son has no transportation, doesn’t live anywhere near this gym, and I clearly stated he wouldn’t be using the membership. Despite all this, I was told I’m now locked into a 90-day contract and will be charged an annual fee—with no option to cancel over the phone, even though I supposedly agreed to this over the phone while barely conscious. The hypocrisy is staggering: I didn't have to be there to agree to a membership, but now I have to come in personally to cancel something I never wanted in the first place? The manager, Matthew, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. His condescending tone and dismissive attitude were completely uncalled for. It’s clear he lacks the emotional maturity and customer service skills needed for the position. It felt like they were trying to exploit a child and a vulnerable adult for a few bucks. That’s not just bad business—it’s unethical. I’ve already contacted my bank and blocked any future payments to Crunch Fitness. You will not get another dime from me. And I will take this up as high as I need to, because what you did was wrong. Crunch Fitness Bloomingdale—shame on you. Your practices are shady, your management is disgraceful, and your customer service is nonexistent. I’ll be warning as many people as possible to stay far away from your gym.

I opened an account with Crunch Fitneessd and never used the facility so I decided to cancel. The GM at the Steelecreek location in charlotte nc was very rude he insisted that I make another payment even after they took a $60 yearly payment the day before I hadn't even had a membership for 2 months..this place is a rip off and I would like a refund for never using this facility. I'm going to get all my friends to switch their membership to another gym asap

I had a Personal Trainer, and I canceled the service. After 4 months they have been charging me again, sometimes they refunded some time they don't, they can't even explain why they are charging this.
