Crunch Fitness in Toledo OH really need to pay more attention to the lack of cleanliness in the mens locker room. Also repair and down time of the machines need to be addressed.

Notre expérience dans ce club de fitness de Dix30 a Brossard, Montréal, a été exécrable. L'ambiance y est tout sauf propice à la concentration : des cours de groupe bruyants sont imposés au milieu des autres adhérents, avec une musique étourdissante et des coachs qui hurlent. Le calme et le respect des personnes souhaitant s'entraîner tranquillement ne sont clairement pas une priorité. Le niveau de compétence est tout aussi lamentable. Le coach qui m'a "conseillé" en bodybuilding était plus chétif que moi et ignorait visiblement l'usage des machines qu'il me recommandait. Bref, un échec total sur tous les plans. Nous annulons sans regret nos abonnements.

The equipment is satisfactory but the AIR CONDITIONER always has issues. If I wanted to workout in the HEAT, I would've joined an outside gym.

You only pay your personal trainers 14% of the monthly rate. For all they do, 14% is nothing. I would like to keep my personal trainer but hes not getting pd enough. Corporate wants all the money.

The machines could be cleaner. Somebody could clean the chewing gum out of the urinals. And most importantly,the East Lansing branch should open when it's supposed to. If the staffer can't make it, there should be at least one back-up person. I've driven over too many times in the morning to find it closed when it should be open.

I joined the gym and was only two weeks into my membership. I then decided that it was too far to go and canceled my membership. I was charged a 33-dollar fee for membership and a 70-dollar fee for a yearly maintenance fee when I never stepped foot in their gym. This gym is only out for the money!

To begin with a positive - the staff are lovely, helpful, friendly. What a great bunch of people! The big negative is that the bathrooms are a disgrace. Yesterday the three toilets available to women were all blocked and not just with paper. I was there around 7am. The toilets themselves had not been cleaned that day or the night before.

I liked this gym a lot. I had to cancel my membership and it took them 3 months to process it in the system. So they charged me for those 3 months as well and no matter what I do I can't get a refund... Super super disappointed, and glad I left
