Worse experience ever! They charge me $140! And then told me to cancel my membership I would have to pay a month in advance!

I wanted to attend a class this morning and made every effort to secure a spot. Yesterday, I even set an alarm so I could book the class the very moment reservations opened, only to be told that it was already full. I called the club directly and spoke to a staff member who confirmed that there was still space available. He took my details and assured me that I was booked into the class. Based on that confirmation, I arranged childcare specifically so I could attend. However, when I arrived this morning, my name was nowhere on the attendance list. Not only had I wasted my time, but I had also made childcare arrangements unnecessarily because I had been assured that my booking was confirmed. What made the situation particularly disappointing was how it was handled by the staff member at the front desk. He was extremely rude, showed no empathy or accountability, and offered absolutely no solution. He simply walked away and made a comment to a coworker, saying, “Saturdays!” They both laughed, clearly within earshot of me. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I also asked whether there could be an issue with the app preventing me from booking classes successfully. I was told there was no possibility of that being the problem. However, if the app is working correctly, why was I told over the phone the previous day that there was still availability and that my booking had been confirmed? Unfortunately, this experience reflects a broader concern I have had with the front desk staff. Customer service often feels like an afterthought, with little urgency to assist members and a general lack of friendliness or willingness to help. I am a premium club member and genuinely love the facilities, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I left this morning without being able to attend the class I had planned my morning around, despite setting an alarm to book on time, calling to confirm my reservation, and arranging childcare to make it possible. I didn’t even receive a basic apology. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the way paying members are treated when something goes wrong. I expect a much higher standard of customer service from a premium club, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The male staff members at Orlando Park Square has taken over the one family bathroom.... they are in there almost nonstop and it makes it almost impossible for clients to use that bathroom.... I realize it's a really long walk to the men's locker room.... but this again just speaks to subpar management and just generally not giving a crap....... why is this not surprising...... maybe no one even realizes but if there are 10 or 15 between the trainers and the staff in and out of that bathroom all the time you're not leaving it open for the clients too often.... I don't know if anyone reads this garbage but I hope someone does something about it... this also speaks to the atrocious condition at the men's bathroom is in a lot of the time.... the fact that no one goes in there to clean except maybe at night is retarded.... with the constant traffic in and out of there all day you need someone every few hours to be cleaning that bathroom unless you wanna leave it in the disgusting unsanitary gross smelling condition that it's in most of the time.... again where is management.... and why is the manager of this place not seeing any of this.... it's like the ostrich principal.... if I keep my head buried in the sand everything will be all right

Dirty, hot and terrible rap/club music. Apathetic and poor Customer Service. Like we asked if they have a four roller to do abs and the girl didn’t even look up and said there might be one out there. We were new and don’t know where out there meant. She didn’t even bother to try and look, and we eventually found one. Then we try to cancel and they want to make us wait 90 days and come back in and then charges the annual fee even though we’re not even there 30 days.

Crunch fitness in Champaign will ALWAYS be trash🗑️. The main reason being that the only GMs they bring in have ZERO clue about fitness or the gym in general and only try to push sales. I will never forget the time the GM literally asked me what the stairmaster was😂😂😂 oh not to mention you’ll probably get sexually harassed by staff💀 or just harassed in general. And lastly, if a machine breaks… you’re most likely looking at 2-3 months before it’s operational again. Management is all over the place. I would get my schedule for the week anywhere from 9-10pm on Sunday and be expected to just figure it out lol. I never had the same schedule longer than 2 weeks in a row. If you call off because of a family emergency or you are sick and don’t find a replacement yourself 1 time, it results in a meeting in which they can’t communicate. I offered 3 different time slots and days I made completely available and was denied a meeting as well as showing up in person to the club and being denied another meeting. Then 2 weeks later because they fail to do their job and schedule the meeting with me, they fire me over text😂 not that I was staying anyway but it just shows the lack of professionalism within the corporation as a whole. If the worker on the next shift doesn’t show up, they expect you to stay for X amount of time over. I had a coworker contact the GM when this happened, of course he leaves his phone on do not disturb, super professional, so she called him. She was met with “if you leave you won’t have a job here anymore” instead of handling the situation like a MANAGER should😂💀 which is in fact, illegal😂 But hey don’t take it from me, I was only on the inside for 3 months. Worse job I’ve worked at by far, and not because it was hard or too much was asked of me, the culture simply sucks. That place will absolutely suck the life out of you. Oh and for all you asking why you’re being charged xyz from crunch, it’s because they don’t care lol. They only care about hitting numbers and quotas. If you go in to question an issue, you’ll probably be spoken to in an incredibly rude manner, I’ve seen it first hand way too many times. Onto bigger and better things. This isn’t a post because I’m bitter, it’s because it’s the truth.

Had to cancel my account 2 times since they kept charging me. After finally canceling my account I began getting calls from debt collectors 1 year after my account was canceled saying I had not been completing my payments. Its surreal how terrible this place is. The incompetence one needs to have to keep charging someone after canceling an account 2 times in a row and having 2 cancelations emails. Terrible place and terrible service would not recommend to anyone.
