After purchasing the cruise, I found out that one of the destinations requires a Covid test to be administrated 48/72 hours before arriving there. Covid is something new, but I feel Cruises.com should add that info in order to insure a stress free vacation. I will try to cancel and be reimbursed, because I don’t need that extra layer of stress for my vacation. I had a very traumatic experience with traveling/Covid test in the past, I don’t need to relive it. Your CS Reps Deanna and Kenyon were awesome. For the record, we’ve been your loyal clients since ‘09. We cruise numerous times with you guys and Kenyon assisting us with the excellence of his services. (((((Prior cruises under the name of my wife)))).

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful.

The ease of looking up using the filters in the search bar and finding the cruise dates I needed. I also liked the price of the cruise offered.

Very easy to find cruises that are interesting to my wife and myself. This is our first time using cruises.com and I’m sure that we will use them in the future.

The website was easy to navigate. Lots of options to customize the vacation. Great option to pay with 0% financing.

My travel agent India McKnight was amazing. She went above and beyond helping answering any questions or concerns especially since this will be my first cruise. I didn't like that she signed me up for insurance protection without asking me. I also didn't like that it shows that for other cruise line that all I would need is standard and she signed me up for standard and premium one. Other than that I'm very satisfied
