This is second time I visited for Umrah. Affan has been very helpful and communicated well in a timely manner. Hotels, transportation, and breakfast are great. I would recommend going with Crowne Travels LLC. On the way back to the USA we stopped by Istanbul. Istanbul tour was excellent for a short visit.

We recently booked our umrah trip through brother Ibrahim Farooq. The trip went very smoothly and even when there were any issues, they were dealt with swiftly and representatives were always available to help. Everything was meticulously planned out and the process was easy for us to understand and follow along with. Brother Ibrahim explained every step and patiently answered any questions we had as well as making sure we had the best experience possible. Everything was of the highest quality and our room bookings, visas, and transportation was all very well done. Highly recommend! Thanks again to brother Ibrahim for all his help!

We have booked our Umrah trip with Crowne travels. Our travel date was 13th Nov to 23rd Nov 24. Our agent was Ibrahim. I booked my trip well in 2 months advance. I chose 5 star Hotels in Makkah (Swiss Hotel Clock Tower) and Madinah(Movenpick- Anwar al Madinah) and I was very clear with Ibrahim that I wanted specific Hotels and I was travelling with my mother, wife and a 18 months old daughter, My mother couldn't walk for long and it is hard for her to get on shuttle a bus. I have asked Ibrahim so many times before paying them and he ensured that my hotel rooms are booked in the desired hotels. The day of our travel 3 hours prior to my Flight some other agent from Crowne travels Affan calls me and says that your reservation has been cancelled by some vendor and we have booked you in different hotels without my CONSENT. I asked them to cancel my booking and I would book myself or I am ready to pay the difference if the closer hotels are expensive now but they said nothing can be done now your booking can't be refunded. They booked me in a Four star hotel in Madinah and in Makkah they moved me to a hotel from which I had to take a shuttle with my Mother every time I had to go to Haram. It was such a stressful time for me to take a shuttle with My mom every time I had to take her to Haram in Makkah. They ask you to pay in full in advance well before your travel. If you want to stay in hotels closer to haram or you have a preference please book the hotels yourself don't trust them. Rest of the services like transportation in Saudi was fine.
