My son and I went to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah for 8 days; we were in Medina for 3 days and in Makkah for 5; it was a wonderful experience; we stayed at these beautiful hotels, with our hotel in Makkah being a 2-minute walk from the Masjid Al-Haram. I would also like to thank Ismail for helping us with our travels, whether it be with our driver or the hotel we would stay at; he was very professional throughout and provided quick responses. I would recommend anyone looking to travel to Saudi Arabia to give a call to Crowne Travels.

Alhamdulilah experience was overall good. Only thing that was different was that they’re is a lack of communication sometimes. I was told about my hotels and transportation a couple of day prior to trip and it was slightly different than advertised for one of them but it worked out. We did have a flight cancellation though and affan took care of it pretty quick and got us rebooked. Overall I’d rebook with Crowne but my advice to anyone else book and keep constant communication because it felt like I was left hanging on many occasions and would need to double text about things a lots.
