Terrible experience, I've been waiting for my refund for almost a year now from a cancelation. They've been dragging me on since December, every month claiming ill get my refund in the coming weeks. I've spoken to many people and absolutely nobody has solved anything. I'll never book with them again and I don't recommend others do either!

Horrible experience with this company. I booked a trip and due to an illness I wasn’t able to go I gave them documentation and they said I have a year to rebook the flight with Turkish airlines I have been trying to rebook my flight before the year expires and Turkish airlines can’t find anything for me. I have been trying to contact crowne travels for my information and no contact with them at all. Horrible service and experience

⭐️ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I strongly recommend that people be very careful before booking with Crowne Travels. My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. The ticket they provided to me turned out to be invalid/fake, and when I contacted them about getting my money back, instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, I was given excuse after excuse regarding my refund. A professional travel agency should provide legitimate tickets, accurate information, and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Crowne Travels. I paid them expecting professional and trustworthy service, but instead I ended up dealing with a major problem and a very difficult refund process. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience. Please verify your ticket directly with the airline before trusting that your booking is actually confirmed, and keep all receipts, messages, emails, and payment records. Very disappointing experience. I hope other customers do not have to go through what I went through.

We’ve came back from Umrah over 11 days messaged on WhatsApp stating we would like to provide feedback and some accommodation since my dad never went to Umrah because they never saw when the passport was expiring they even applied for visa which you can how they operate. Looking for some money back service was never provided to us what was promised and they have no shame.

Very unprofessional experience. Abid husain who mentioned himself as the manager of crown travels was the agent who never responded on time, gave us incomplete information, made fake promises of hotel distance(5-10min walk to mecca) and we ended up walking for 30 mins. Our overall desired religious pilgrimage with family including elderly and kids was very inconvenient. Everything was a lie and incomplete info! please do not trust them….its better to plan your own trip! We thought to have a peaceful 1st umrah with family but ended up with suffering and managing the troubles that were unaddressed.

Please do not book or work with this travel agency ever. They claimed they have your best interest and assisting you with your religious travels such as Umrah but they are not trustworthy, not honest and not transparent. I am not sure if they have the fear of Allah SWT in their hearts. They work hard to be evasive rather telling you the truth. They are not returning calls/emails and you don't know how to reach them, since their phone is not working anymore. So far unable to get our Ramadan Umrah refunds and they are not reachable. Please stay away from this agency. We will continue our fight to get our refund or we will get it refunded Insha Allah on the Day of Judgment.

CROWNE TRAVEL STOLE OUR MONEY I’m not sure what kind of Muslim company treats its customers this way, but this has been our experience with Crowne Travel. In December 2025, our family and a larger group booked Umrah through Crowne Travel. Due to the widespread airline cancellations related to the regional conflicts, our trip was cancelled. We were repeatedly assured by Crowne Travel that we would receive a full refund. We spoke directly with both Br. Hamzah and the CEO, Br. Abdul Samad Malik, who confirmed this. The timeline of promises went like this: * First, we were told refunds would be processed after Hajj because of the busy season. * Then we were promised June 15. * That deadline passed, and we were given a new date of July 8. * July 8 came and went with no refund and no communication. After that, the company stopped responding to our emails, phone calls, and text messages altogether. Today, July 16, we finally reached someone by calling from a blocked number. We were told to email the CEO—which we did immediately. His response was simply to “deal with your bank” and that they would not be responding further. The most frustrating part is that the repeated promises and delays pushed us beyond our bank’s dispute window. We relied on Crowne Travel’s assurances that our refund was coming, only to now be told to take it up with the bank—a bank that can no longer help because the dispute timeframe has expired due to months of delays on Crowne Travel’s end. Keeping money that belongs to families who trusted you to arrange their Umrah is unacceptable. If you claim to operate as an Islamic business, there should be honesty, accountability, and fear of Allah in how you deal with people. Families worked hard for this money with the intention of visiting the House of Allah, and they deserve to be treated with integrity and respect. We sincerely hope no other family has to go through this experience In sha’a Allah.
