Hamza was very helpful and responsive

Aslamu Alaykum I would say that over all the Crowne travel team did a good job. My suggestions are as follow. Offer both suhr and iftar package for those going in Ramadan For the tour guides should be someone knowledgeable and speaks the English language. Other than that I enjoyed my time here May Allah accept everyone’s umrah.

I booked my trip with. Ismail, and Hamzah completed the booking process. Both of them are very helpful in arranging my trip to do the Umrah, they do a good job, and I am happy with their work. The facility in. Madinah and Jeddah are very nice and I enjoyed the facility of the hotel. The suggestion that I would recommended is about the communication from the agency from both cities Madinah and Jeddah. My 2nd suggestion , is Qatar flight from USA to. Doha is 17 hours too long for senior citizens like me, so please consider to choose shorter flights time. I don’t hesitate to rebook again on the future for my Umrah trip via Crowne travel agency. It was a long trip and tiring, but I will do it. Insya. Allah .

We just performed Ummrah with our family and I must say it was an excellent choice to use Crown Travel services. Our trip planning, was 6-months prior - as they guided us step by step. Being, in logistics - was so impressed how they would have transportation service reach out in advance in regards of pick and drop. Br. Ibrahim - did an wonderful job, of assisting us and guiding us. Although, we requested the Kaaba view, but was able to get Haram view - but hopefully next time we visit we can get our prayer to have Kaaba view room. But, overall the trip to Istanbul then Makka and then Madinah and then Dubai was a dream/and prayers answered. Thank you, Crown Travels and especially Br. Ibrahim! We will refer our family/friends and highly recommend others to use Crown Travel service as an assurance that trip will be protected.

Ayaan Dar helped me find the best day for me with the best deal. But still didn't work. He replied promptly to the text. My experience was great, but I wish it was less pricey and had more availability.

Good experience, prompt service v.nice appreciated.
