We have booked our Umrah trip with Crowne travels. Our travel date was 17th Jan to 27th Jan 2025. Our agent was Affan. I booked my trip well in a months advance. I chose 5 star Hotels in Makkah (Swiss Hotel Clock Tower) but he said Hilton is very good so I said that’s fine I’ll take that and Madinah(Movenpick- Anwar al Madinah) and I was very clear with Affan that I wanted specific Hotels and I was travelling with my mother, wife and a 18 months old Son, My mother couldn't walk for long and it is hard for her to get on shuttle a bus. I have asked Affan so many times before paying them and he ensured that my hotel rooms are booked in the desired hotels. The day of our travel 3 hours prior to my Flight Affan calls me and says that your reservation has been cancelled by some vendor and we have booked you in different hotels without my CONSENT but I didn’t say anything things happens and they gave me Rotana in Madina ,They booked me in a Four star hotel in Madinah and in Makkah they called me a day before and told me they can’t find any hotels in Makkah for me just because they had to pay over charge for madinah hotel and they don’t have funds. it was their fault for not confirming the hotels and asking me for more $1500 just to make a booking in Makkah. And now they just told me find something on your own and they are not responding.It was such a stressful time for me with My family to figure out to get hotels in Makkah. They ask you to pay in full in advance well before your travel Affan was on my neck until hot the full payment If you want to stay in hotels closer to haram or you have a preference please book the hotels yourself don't trust them they are Sacmmers, if anyone had faced this same issue you are here at Allah’s Home they don’t realise our dua’s can effect them Inshallah Allah will show them what they did with me they will see. If I had an option to rate them below 1star I would have done that. I’m gonna take legal action against them so other people doesn’t face this issue

Brother Ismail helped us out and answered all our questions. We did not book a trip, but will consider in the future if we want to go with a group !

He was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and sending us the necessary PDFs for our trip. He also diligently scheduled our transportation seamlessly, and everything was on point and on time. There were no delays whatsoever. We stayed at the clock Tower, just a few minutes from the Haram, which was very convenient. Overall, we are so grateful and thankful for everything Ibrahim did for us. My husband had the privilege of traveling for his Umrah with Crowne Travels, and they were extremely professional. However, more proactive communication regarding crucial details, such as hotel accommodations and transportation, would be helpful for customers. Otherwise, all expectations were ultimately met, and he completed his Umrah successfully.

This agency was great! They were super helpful when it came to planning and receiving the tickets for Umrah. The arrangement was good Smile was extremely helpful and a great supporter when booking our trip. I have no complaints this was a great experience!
