Crowne Travels LLCReviews of crownetravels.com

My family and I had planned for an Umrah trip and was advised to have brother Affan with Crowne Travel assist with the arrangements. We had a great experience all around. Brother Affan was always available and did check on us throughout our journey. He was helpful and pleasantly provided excellent service. Definitely worth recommending to family and friends.

Do not use this travel agency! They are scamming people out of their money. We paid extra for the luxury package which included hotels close to the Haram both in Mecca and Madina both of which were paid for and booked 7 months in advance. Both hotels were initially promised to us and then last minute got cancelled and changed to much cheaper hotels further from the Haram. We did not even know which hotel we were going to because they would not provide a confirmation number until hours prior to our arrival in Mecca and actually never knew where we were headed to in Madina at all. The driver, which barely spoke English, had an address in Madina for a random hotel that was provided to him and not to us, the actual customer. They do not respond to calls or messages and they seem to not even care once they receive their funds. We paid for my mother to travel with us, her tourist visa was not issued and they asked us to pay extra for an umrah visa, nearly $400, and that too was not issued. Unfortunately we paid for her entire trip, flights, hotel, etc and did not receive any refunds or credits and she was unable to travel with us. Overall, horrible and deeply disappointing experience with this group of scammers. Please do not use this service, I will make sure my entire community here in the USA is aware of this scam, they promise one thing and fail to deliver!

Having a very pleasant and memorable experience. Whatever Brother Mohammad Ismail committed, I found there. Even he texted me couple of times and asking me if I need anything. The staff was very cooperative and helpful there. I have no complain and definitely recommend to my friends and family members. I will surely travel again with Crowne travels.

I deal with Affan what a great young man very polite, humble, and an educated guy who will explain you and will walk with you in each and every step to make sure that you will have the extreme comfort during the stay and full experience of an extraordinary umrah.

Since April of last year, my wife and I had decided to perform Umrah. Alhamdulillah we did our research and found out about Crowne Travels. Our travel agent Ismail was extremely helpful since day one and inshallah when we go again, we will use him for future services. You won’t be disappointed with his expertise.

Ibrahim was the person helping me through my umrah experience, he was nothing less than exceptional. He responded to all of my calls and messages very quickly, the hotels, drivers, and tour guides provided were also exceptional. I would happily book with Crowne Travels again.

We had an amazing experience working with Brother Ibrahim Bhai. He arranged everything for our Umrah trip, and we had nothing to worry about. He was very easy to get in touch with throughout our trip, despite the different time zones. Overall, we had a very smooth and excellent trip, all thanks to Brother Ibrahim Bhai! JazakAllah!

Our first Umrah experience was amazing, thanks to Crowne Travels LLC and Brother Ibrahim Farooq. He was incredible and very helpful throughout this journey. We were nervous about everything, especially since three young girls were traveling alone without a Mahram. Trusting the drivers can be difficult, but I can now say this is the most trustworthy company, especially for young ladies planning to go for Umrah..
