Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Website is fairly easy to navigate. Good selection of pics as well

So far my experience has been great! I received a picture of the artwork to review and it looks great. Can’t wait to get my canvas!

Waiting to receive previews of my order, but this website was so easy to use. So many options to choose from. I love all of the pictures that you could choose from. Cannot wait to see finished products.

Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with one of my orders where the promo price wasn’t processed even though I entered the code correctly. I immediately sent an email and was surprised at how prompt the response was. The customer service representative Mark was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made sure I was charged the promo price and cleared everything up within a half hour after my computer glitched. Thank you Mark!! You really made my experience positive and memorable. I will remain a loyal customer for life!! :-)

The website is very easy. However, it’s been over a week and I haven’t received the artwork to approve. Last time it only took 2 days. Must be the Christmas rush?

Well done on the web site. Easy to use.

Great product, got one for my wife of our dog that passed of cancer pretty much unexpectedly. Came out amazing . Just order my second one for my sister who had to put her dog of almost 10 years down. I think she is going to love it

It was very easy and simple to choose a portrait and place an order on the website. There were a lot of different styles and sizes to choose from, so I was able to find a suitable style for my pet photo. I don't have the finished product yet, but I am sure it will be a good one.
