The response to my order is late, and customer service won’t respond to email. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Frustrating.

I came to the site following a targeted ad on social media and it looked like a really cute idea. I placed my order on December 3rd (single subject canvas painting) expecting to get the order in time for Christmas. At the time, the website advertised "1-2 days" to generate the artwork for review and "3-5 working days" shipping lead time. At some point (most probably due to high order traffic during the holiday season) they changed their artwork generation lead time to "10-14 days". I was NOT notified of this change and would have canceled my order and used a different company if I had known that the order would not arrive in time for Christmas (this was meant to be a gift for my family). My frustration stems from a lack of notifications during the order process on updates to my order time. The product this company offers is fantastic, they just clearly were not able to handle the holiday order volume and completely failed to notify their customers about the changes in deliverability. I would NOT recommend this company to a friend after my experience with them.

I still haven’t even heard back on my proof and it’s been two weeks.

It’s been 16 days since I ordered and I have yet to receive my proof to approve my photo. I canceled my order.

Never received my order. I paid 5 weeks ago and nothing has been sent to me. I also send a messages but I did not received any reply

If I could give zero stars I would. There has been no communication, no progress on my order in TWO WEEKS, I paid extra for a queue jump, and I also paid extra for the digital download to have that available but there has been zero progress on my order and I’ve gotten no response to my email. I will need a refund for my digital download as it is useless now. It said that I would get a mock-up in 9-10 days and it has been 12 and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

Ordered one portrait on Dec. 7th and order status says it still hasn't even been sent to artist. I have now emailed asking for an update and am awaiting a response. If I don't get a response quickly I will be asking for a refund and if I don't get a response for that I will be asking my credit card company to reverse the payment. I understand that times are hectic, I really do. But I continue to get spam from this company every day, which is annoying when they can't keep up with current orders. Maybe if orders can't be fulfilled then new promos should be put on hold? This was meant to be a Christmas present and I thought it may be a few days late, but after reading other reviews my guess is I will be waiting months, if I get the product at all. Very disappointed. If they knew my order was going to be delayed I would have appreciated an email to let me know.
