Editing my review because the company immediately reached out to me and I got several responses. I’m more excited than ever to give this gift to my parents who are the hardest people ever to shop for. I keep getting emails from you guys asking to rate the product. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received the proof. The only gift I had for my parents and I don’t think it will make it to them. How can I review this product when I haven’t even seen a proof. Im going to have to find another gift and getting a picture of my parents dog was not easy. I’m so frustrated...

Interface for making an order was very clear, even from my phone. I also like that I can check on the status of my order on my own instead of having to wait for updates. It's a busy time of year so things go a little slower, so it's especially useful now to be able to keep track of where in the process my order is.
