The process was quick and easy!

Site is easy to navigate. Cute products. My daughter will be super excited to receive this as a gift.

I thought the process was simple, easy and inviting. Cant wait for my order to come in. Just wish it will come in sooner. Overall I had a good experience placing my order.

Photo Upload process is super easy. I haven’t received my portraits yet but the order process was very easy. 4 stars instead of five because it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard much about the status of my order.

The only suggestion i have is to have all options of each particular style together it would make choosing the product alot easier, like all the product options, framed photo, blanket, mug, pillow, of that particular style (ie. the duchess or the brothers) togather on the same page vs having to scroll for the mugs or the pillows of that picture.

I liked the website but I’m not sure product as I haven’t been sent the preview. It’s the holidays so I’m sure you guys are busy, but I’m very excited to see what it looks like!

Everything was going great! I just haven’t received any further information on my order? Maybe it’s still to soon. I ordered on December 7th.
