Been waiting on my order, that they had taken the money out for already mind you, for a month now. Have emailed them two times with no response. Facebook messages them, nothing! I have an order number but no tracking number so I’m assuming it hasn’t even shipped yet. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again if they don’t respond soon.

Placed my order two weeks ago and have yet to even get the preview to approve the artwork. I've tried reaching out to the company but have not received any replies. I'm giving it two more weeks before reporting it as fraud.

Order online on 20/11. Eventually received an email saying it had shipped, late November. When I went online to my order it said it was still at the print shop. I have not received what I ordered and customer service is totally unresponsive. Beginning to think this is a scam.

Ordered on 12/13, nothing for Christmas, not even the digital print. Customer Service unresponsive, except for these emails bugging me to leave a review! Maybe people have better luck in a non-holiday season.

Ordered online on 12/10. It’s now 12/27, and the order status states it hasn’t been “sent to artist” yet. It already missed Christmas and there hasn’t been any change to the order status in weeks.

Très déçue, j'ai passé commande le 12 décembre et depuis aucune nouvelle, le design de mon mug n'a même pas été validé alors que cela aurait du être fait sous 10 jours (période de noel oblige) ! Les délais ne sont absolument pas respectés, je trouve cela désespérant étant donné le prix... 60€ pour un mug qui n'arrive pas, il ne faut pas abuser ! J'ai conscience qu'avec les fêtes de noel il faut gérer les demandes qui doivent être nombreuses, mais si les autres y arrivent pourquoi pas eux ? De plus j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et je n'ai jamais eu aucune réponse de leur part... vraiment dommage car le concept était très sympa.
