Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Great gift but still waiting for a preview picture of my order thanks!

The process was easy. Haven’t seen the electronic version yet. Hoping it turns out well. I have received a canvas as a gift before and it was really incredible and that is the reason I ordered for a gift for someone else

This was a great gift

I’m honestly super confused with all the bad reviews. Maybe I just had a better experience than some 🤷🏼‍♀️. I placed my order (two portraits) on the 3rd of this month. It was taking a little longer to get my review, but I asked customer service and got a quick response. The products are shipping currently and will be here tomorrow. Sorry to other that had a bad experience, but everything went smoothly for me

Feedback. 1. Maybe wait until the buyer has seen some progress before asking for reviews. This is the second request I have seen but have not heard about the progress of our order. 2. Automate a weekly order status email. It would be nice to hear that my order is still waiting in the queue instead of nothing.

Placed order on Dec 13. Still waiting on Dec 22 to review my order before placing Website is good but I’m concerned about the delay in looking at my proof. Didn’t think it would take this many days to view the art.

So far so good!

Using website and placing order was easy. Not much more to review since i haven't seen product yet
