I ordered two portraits on December 1st- one for my best friend and one for my aunt who had lost all of her children. I went out of my way to order them something heartfelt that would make them smile for Christmas and thought this would be a good idea. I even paid an extra $20 shipping to make sure that they got their present before Christmas (promised 2-3 weeks). They swore in the email that I would receive my “draft” to approve in a few days. I was beginning to think this was a scam as I hadn’t heard from them in weeks... It’s now the 27th... two days after Christmas, and I only just now received the drafts to approve for the artists. I am beyond disappointed. This meant a lot to me and those the gifts were intended for. I’m so upset I wasted my money ($250) and ultimately disappointed my family. I ordered in plenty (and inarguably the recommended amount by them) of time. If it was going to be later (MUCH later) the business should have some honor and integrity and inform those you are relying on the product. I would have put my money elsewhere. So let down. Don’t trust this company. They are clearly still lacking in professionalism.

I purchased on 12/12. As of 12/27 I have heard/received nothing from them other than asking for this review.

Ordered on 12/6/20 and paid extra $20 to expedite process. They promised it would be delivered by Christmas. It is now 12/27/20 and we haven’t even received the artist preview, let alone the actual finished product. Very disappointed as the only reason I chose crown and paw is that they specifically advertised that the gift would be ready by Christmas.

Was told it would arrive by Christmas- still hasn't arrived (12/27). Have sent multiple emails to customer service and have received no direct responses. It seems clear that my order was forgotten about until I emailed (6 days after I was supposed to have received a proof to review). Absolutely terrible experience with non-existent customer service. I will be sure to let others know that there are other companies, that might actually follow-up with their delivery promises and actually respond to emails.

Order placed a month ago and still haven’t received anything.

You said it would be between 1-3 days to finalize the artwork for my order and it’s been 3 weeks!!! You guys suck!!

Slow customer service. Super slow process still haven’t gotten my order which was supposed to arrive for Xmas. Ordered one month ago. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on 12/14 for a Christmas gift. Understood that the final product may not by ready in time but figured I’d have a design to show given the 9-10 day timeline provided. Now 13 days later, I have yet to receive an email to review the design and have not heard back from customer service since reaching out 48 hours ago. Again, I totally understand that there may be an influx of orders during the holidays but those potential delays need to be better communicated prior to purchase.
