We order 2 16x24 photos. One for us and our dog and one for my father in law. We order them on cyber monday thinking this would be more than enough time to receive in time for Christmas - incorrect. It took 2 weeks to get our first proof and we had several back and forths to get it right. We received our prints today. Although I am happy with them I am disappointed that one of the photos wraps the frame and the other does not. This wasn't ever an option at check out otherwise I would ha e asked for both to be wrapped. Overall - they did a good job I was just disappointed with the process and some of the missing custom details.

I'm so excited to get my portrait, but the process is a bit confusing. I've been stuck in "Ready to send to artist" and I've done everything needed and there is nothing on the screen or my order that I can do to continue to the next step, "Sent to Artist".

The ordering was easy. Why do you want a review if I didn't receive product yet?

The portrait itself made a big impact and proved to be an excellent gift. Though I paid for it, I never received the digital download. That part was not quite so excellent.

I wanted to write this review as I was concerned about my order not arriving and this possibly being a scam if I’m honest...after placing my order in November I didn’t get a response for weeks when I chased it up I got a generic response I looked on trust pilot and seemed to be a lot of people saying the same .. however eventually I got notification to proof it and at that point I changed the delivery address to the gift recipient expecting it to hopefully arrive some time in jan...I didn’t get any shipping notification either so was really surprised when I got a message literally just before Christmas to say a large box had arrived! I haven’t seen it my self but I have been told it’s excellent quality..possibly smaller than I thought but I’m rubbish at looking at dimensions and my dad loves it!!

I would happily give 5 stars, but I’m having trouble finding any care instructions for the portrait mug.

Wish the delivery was a bit faster, but I understand each order is custom made. Looking forward to get my portrait! :)
