I would never order from Crown and Paw again. I would highly recommend against ordering from them. For the high prices, their customer service has been awful. They have not communicated at all about my products status nor why it is taking 2-3x longer than stated when I ordered.

Have not seen a preview of my art yet and it’s been 14 days now.

Ordered on the 27th of November. According to the tracking it's hasn't left the U.S. yet. Crown & Paw took my money knowing full well that there was no chance of me receiving the artwork in time for Christmas. Avoid.

Like everyone else, I ordered my print at the end of November, having assured it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. It took them almost 2 weeks to send me the artwork to approve, over a week to print it, 2 weeks to be collected by the courier from their depot. The estimated delivery time, after 5 weeks, is STILL 2-4 weeks accordingly to the tracking courier service. On top of this - I never received any communication from them regarding the delay, customer services took days to get back to me (and didn't answer any of my questions - just gave me the tracking n I already have) and I cannot even download the digital version of the artwork I purchased and paid over a month ago... ... I can't tell you about the final product... but the ethic of this company sucks so much that every time I will be looking at my canvas I will be reminded they spoiled my partner birthday present, Christmas and got me pissed off for weeks! PS - I now understand why they wanted me to review their website immediately after I place the order!

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 29. According to the website this was more than enough time to receive my order on time. We are now December 28 and my order has not even been sent to print!! I tried to contact the company but never got a reply. Don't order from this website!!!!

Ordered a month ago, and the shipment seems so be stuck somewhere at a post office for more then 2 weeks now. Obviously not on time for christmas. I’ve contacted support a couple of days ago and still no answer.

Awful, didn’t create my product and failed to respond to support requests. Don’t give these people money.

Placed order on 11/27 and approved edit quickly. Arrived AFTER Christmas even through the delivery date was 12/11. When I opened the package the canvas was folded and had ears on one side and crumpled on the other. Poor quality of framing. The artwork is fantastic. Will work with CAP to fix the issue. Pretty disappointed.
