Ordering near Christmas time created a host of problems for every online purchase. Some of the website is confusing. Too many options in one section, maybe? Over all excited to see it when it’s delivered!

I had a very good experience. The entire process took a little longer than I expected, but Crown & Paw kept me in the loop as to exactly where they were in the process. I placed my order just after Thanksgiving, so the delay was probably due to an overwhelming Christmas demand. They used overnight delivery (at no additional cost) to get the portrait to me prior to Christmas. And my Mom loved it!

UPDATE – EDIT: C&P Have followed up on this and provided a refund for delivery which I'm happy with. Good customer service. I ordered a pet portrait as a gift for Xmas. It took a month to arrive so I didn't get it in time for the day – which was annoying. Customer care was good - they sent me a .pdf instead to give on Xmas day but when you order something in November you generally think it'll arrive on time. Quality of the print was ok – good canvas and it's nice. But ultimately I could do just a good a photoshop job and send it off to a canvas printing company for same price. I probably wouldn't recommend this company because of the service and product issues.

At first I was upset that the order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. But, I received the picture today and have to say that it is adorable. I’m very happy with the way it turned out. It makes everyone smile. I will definitely order more in the future. I’ll just order further in advance next time.

We are very happy with the art. I was delivered by Christmas as requested. Our son loved the portrait. Only suggestion that we would make is the update the customer dashboard more frequently. Our dashboard showed the customer approval section even after the item was delivered. Thank you.

Great support! Good result! As I live in Austria it took a bit long till my order arrived, but it is worth to wait. I can definitely recommend the company!
